Problem in brawl, with the new GCPad plugin.
Half Press (Modifier) button doesnt work in GCPad config. Even if you have it pressed down, and use your main stick controls it wont walk. It just runs, and by that, you lose your tilt moves.

You must right click the "Modifier" button or click the "+" button, depending on your Dolphin version, and set the range to 50, or w/e.
It is a bit confusing maybe. :/

Thanks alot, now i can finally move from using r4450, which had the last nJoy Rumble (supporting KB & Pad @ the same time). Becouse i never knew how to set the half press on the latest rev o_o
