try the video plugin from r5805. It worked for me.

#Updated: video plugin from r5807 works fine as well, there's something wrong with plugin from r5808 to recent build that makes Dolphin crash before openCL is initiated.

which video plugin files do I need to get?

Please note that I have an nvidia GTX 470, and I use nvidia driver 258.

try the video plugin that comes with r5807, at least it worked with the latest SVN.
