Hey, currently iam playing Murasuma - The Demon Blade and it runs near perfect (only the Sound is glitchy sometimes) @ 720 p but when i start in Fullscreen Mode i have a loss of 5-8 Fps, but if i start in Windowed Mode and then switch with Alt + Enter to the Fullscreen Mode then i dont have any Framerates losses and it run perfect with 50 fps (playing the Pal Version). I dont know whether the is a Bug or not. Wantet only to report it here.
Same with all my other games Wink.
huh? didn't know that, I always start in fullscreen. What video plugin are you using?
Someone might want to forward this to Rodolfo...
DirectX9 Plugin Wink
Ok, so iam not the only one, i have noticed something else: on New Super Marios you get black GFX Glichtes, but when u start in Fullscreen Mode there disapear, but the thing is that you lose speed.
Yeah, someone need to inform rodolfo of this issue Sad.
FWIW, if you run games in fullscreen, they might run faster because of possible driver optimization, since the driver can go around Vista's/7's compositing and directly render to the screen buffer.
Same effect in XP, although there are different factors to this.

EDIT: Alright, that one was unrelated ;P
@ NeoBrain: Good you're here Wink However, I think you didn't quite get what this is about: It seems that game performance is better when first starting emulation in window mode and then switch to fullscreen than starting emulation in fullscreen. There definately has to be something wrong.
aw, yeah I misread that he started in fullscreen and it was only faster once he switched to window and then back to fs again..
Big Grin no, wait, that's not 100% it. He once started in fullscreen and once in windowed mode. Maybe the outcome is the same, but who knows? I think the breakpoint is what mode the emulation gets started in.
