Well I've upgraded my VGA from a 9800GT to a 460GTX, and now in Hyrule Field I have from 23 FPS to full 30 FPS, so the Hyper Threadin on my i7 wasn't the issue...
A better VGA actually helped my FPS in Hyrule Field.
Using Xtreme2damax r6117 x64 SSE4.1.

Map is actually 3D.
Ima go see if I can brute force through the field, I'll get back to ya'll on it. (Someone kinda made a request in another thread)
Better specifications do help. Here is my FPS in the slowest part of Hyrule Field in the game, without the ZTP speed hack.

Tested on my new rig with the following specifications:
Core i7 950 @ 3.07 Ghz (Stock)
6 GB Tri-Channel DDR3 1600 Ram
EVGA Geforce 460 GTX
I am also getting better speed in Super Mario Galaxy 1/2 than before.
Congratulations with the new rig! Even though I have the money I don't see myself butching my old one if I can't sell it for like 60% of the cost... which is probably impossible as the parts must have been reduced in price like the same amount. So I'll be sticking to this it seems:p
First of all. I like this hack. I get much more speed at all in ZTP (mostly full 30 fps, yeah). But I found something else, thats might be worth to take a look.
In the forest of phirone I get a huge slowdown after finishing the first temple. Before finishing I get 30fps. After I get 12-15 fps.
EDIT: Ok. Have to revert. This area is slow at all after defeating the shadow.
Can someone please tell me how I can fix this? I have an I7 930 at 4.2 GHZ with a GTX 460. I have tried hours and hours and countless possibilities. I cannot get Hyrule field to get at 30 fps without using that stupid DLE setting. I cannot bare the crappy audio with it. LLE is the only option i am willing to play with and hyrule field is screwing it all up. As well can someon tell me how i can use LLE on thread without it crashing? yeah it crashes after a couple seconds in game...
LLE audio in hyrule field is going to be slow, get over it. I also get the feeling that you didn't skim through this thread or do a forum search.
Are you using ZTP hack?
Is efb copy set to ram or to texture?
What revision are you using?

LLE on thread works very good with the latest dolphin build here.

Obviously I did all that, I tried every single option. Im not a noob with this emulator or my PC I just want some help from this community. Im using the latest version, 3.0-223. I tried the hack, I tried ram and texture, every single possibility, I tried 5 different versions as well, My PC runs the RAM just fine, but when it comes to hyrule field the game is slow, changing to texture at that time has absolutely NO effect in the FPS anyways.
Iv heard many people being able to run this game just fine with the LLE setting, They even used lower specs then me so I really would like to know how they have done this.
Also, I have heard about people saying LLE on Thread crashes because of bad files, I had the correct byte size for both coef and rom Coef: ( 4,096 ) and Rom: (8,192 ). So what why has LLE on thread been crashing my game?
The funny thing is, when there is a cut scene in hyrule field or when i hit Z to talk to midna, they fps shoots up to 30 fps again...

They said the game worked fine they didn't say they got full speed. Yes it works fine with LLE and you can get correct speed but you'll never get the same performance in Hyrule Field than in the rest of the game. Moreover the further you will be in the game the slower it will be
