So in shotcut - it will take a lot of time to fix it ( of course if it is possible to fix )
Only time will tell, although I don't think it will take too long to fix now that developers have a general idea of what is wrong. If this was fixed, other games could possibly benefit and see nice speedups.
Could you tell me if very sleepy works in a similar ways as Vtune ? Tongue

Not sure, I tried different profilers and couldn't find one that matched Vtune, too bad Vtune wasn't free though. Sad
Any devs currently working on this, or are you planning to fix this Blush
I think we have been over this, Piti. It takes time to fix something like this, but some people are looking at it.
Give them time, good things come with a bit of patience. I am just wishing that this and some of the other moderate issues such as sound looping are fixed before the final release, it's not like the developers are obligated to owe us anything since they code this in their free time.
mushroom gorge also exhibits this kind of slow down. mkwii
Some slowdowns are due to the audio throttle and frame limiter being borked since whatever revision, I filed issue 2371 to be exact because of this. I've tried searching out the revision responsible without much luck, it's been like this for the past 300 - 500 revisions at the very least, past 1000 revisions at the most.

I've tried compiling former commits to get a general idea what revision this issue started occurring around, however every revision I tried exhibited this issue. My internet bandwidth is far too limited to keep downloading and compiling since we are limited to 425 MB per day, I share the connection with three other family members in the household.
