when i load dolphin it says it cant find Plugin PadSimple.dll and Plugin_VideoDX9.dll even though i have it

make sure you have cg.dll and cgD3D9.dll in dolphin's folder.

Update DirectX 9.0c and install VC++ Redist Pack SP1

when i download VC++ Redist Pack SP1 do i just leave it or do i do somthing with it?

double click on it, let it install and then you can play

i just downloaded it but it still cant find the plugin

did you try my advice?

I'm experiencing pretty much the same problem and I've followed all the advice, updated DX, updated my geforce card drivers, downloaded the vc++ service pack, and still no plugins are listed in the dropdowns for any of the plugins, graphics, dsp, pad and wiimote, all are missing even though they are in the plugins folder in the dolphin directory.

Restart your computer. That fixed it for me.
