No that's not what I want to do, I want to compile Super Mario Galaxy, but that's my overall plan for now I need to convert the files to windows default format so that when I play the game, the game runs fast.

It might be possible to convert all the game code and package it in an exe with the video/dsp/input emulation built in.
But it would be silly. And it wouldn't run any better than Dolphin unless you had the ability to make a better emulator.
You would only need to convert the executable code files. You wouldn't need to convert the audio files to wma and stuff like you were sayin. :p
Decoding regular pc audio formats probably isn't any less cpu intensive than decoding w/e audio formats the wii games are using.
Using wma audio isn't going to make the game run faster. :p
It's probably much harder than you think to just make the game use different audio formats.
