I use a Swiftech pump with MRC220-QP radiator and koolance blue hp, the difference between air cooling is massive.
At stock speeds i7 will show temps between 14-22c in idle and under 4.4ghz overclock and full load only about 47c (with scythe mugen air cooler over 80c load and 35c idle).
And liquid nitrogen/helium are not real cooling solutions. They are only used for short term benchmarking records.

p.s. I didn't install RAM waterblocks in the loop as it seemed redundant, somebody could disagree, IMO it would be just a waste.
I don't doubt the effectiveness of watercooling. Just ambient air temp is a big factor on it's efficiency. Chilled watercooling doesn't have to be exotic but with a chiller.

Good decision. Anyone who installs waterblocks on ram is insane.

Even that would have some point to it. When I say pointless I mean literally pointless. Ram will always fail way before it reaches the frequency and voltage needed to make it overheat, water cooling ram has little to no benefit. As for SB, that literally has no benefit at all since they produce almost no heat at all and don't have any high bandwidth buses that would be worth overclocking. As for NB, well that has SOME benefit since you'll be able to raise the voltage and frequency a bit higher which will help you clock your memory and fsb higher. HDD also has no benefit since....well....it's a HDD not a chip. To get a HDD hot enough to actually have a negative impact you would have to take a high rpm HDD (10k or higher) stick it in a small cabinet and provide no ventilation what so ever.

This is my rig. Cpu,Nb and Gpu all in loop. Using Zalman Reserator XT which I have had no problems with for last 2 years touch wood.
This is my first liquid cooled pc. I'm using Feser-1 liquid and embarassed to say but haven't gotten around to changing it yet since I built pc 2 years ago. Supposed to change it every 6 months-1 year I think but this coolant is synthetic so hasn't got gunked up. Temps of cpu & Gpu never hit 70 even with 2 year old coolant. Will change it soon though, just a little broke atm
