How do I add new plugins so I can select them in the plugins menu. I have put the plugin in the plugin folder but it does not show up when I go into the menu. It is the nJoy pad plugin and I know it is compatible because I have used it before.

You need to update DirectX most likely. Read the "Getting Started With Dolphin" thread.
