AFAIK if you use "safe texture cache" you don't have fucked letters.
Can you please post your config ? Thx.

yes i know, but it also turns your screen black ingame, and my settings aren't special, just the same i and everybody uses for most games. like here http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/thread-5811.html
Any progress so far? I tried with 5018 but the issues regarding text, black screens, and safe texture cache are still present. Anyone have any luck? I'd like to play it with Dolphin but the graphics aren't as impressive in 1080p as most other Wii games so it's not a total loss (which is to be expected with this one).
Personally, the game is fully _playable_ (using real wiimote), except for the text. I have to keep enabling and disabling safe texture cache to read every piece of text that comes on the screen, which is quite frustrating and makes the gameplay experience poor.
The game is running OK.
I can read all the text without problem, I got no black screens.
Though I still have some other issues: My fps is pretty low :\ and when I the wiimote plugin is also problematic. When you must draw your first "thing" (a star at the sky), the wiimote won't move beyond a certain point. (the star must be drawn on the left side of the screen, while the wiimote will only move to a bit further than the middle.

So the real letdown is the low fps I'm having.
which revision are you using, please upload some info

Maybe you are using EFB to ram which is slower but works with no issues.
EFB to texture is faster but there is the problem of black screen/no text :-(
The game works pretty good so far (i can live with lower fps due to STC) using Rev 5804 and PAL.

But there are things that really bother me:

- The Fan Menu is pretty much not useable because the content is rendered into the upper-left corner of the screen which makes only 1/4 readable.

- I'm at the Moon Cave where you have to restore the bridge again after you broke it and fell down, the issue here is that you can't restore the bridge because Rejuvenate doesn't work at the bridge for some reason (and it always worked up until now).
I'm probably going to load an older save and just jump down before crossing the bridge but still.. this really shouldn't happen there...

i wonder if it's just me :/
sounds like one of those things which need EFB->CPU access ...tried that?
oh god, that really worked (makes sense, i disabled it just recently due to a "performance guide")

oh well, leaves only the fan menu D:
