Well ive looked around for this on google for about a few weeks and I thought I should ask since I cant find it. Is there any way to have channels on the wii menu in dolphin? I made a dump of my NAND and followed the tutorial, but it came up with the default disc channel like it does with fresh installs of the Wii System Menu.
only earlier versions of the system menu will display channels currently, loading channels does not work at all (ES_Launch needs to be emulated)
system menu 3 and higher do not display channels
system menu 2.2 and lower will display installed channels
you can fairly easily switch sysmenu versions by having the system menu wad (from NUSD or extract from a wii iso update partition) right click the wad in the gamelist and install to wiimenu
repeat the process everytime you want to change to a different menu version
