I think we should have a list of issues with the HLE plugin posted somewhere, I'll list the issues I'm aware of:
- BGM music or any music that uses the AFC decoder stops looping after the first or second time playing. PCM16 looping may also be buggy, but the game affected seem to use the AFC decoder and are affected by the same issue or similar issues. Games affected are Super Mario Galaxy, Super Mario Galaxy 2, ZTP, Mario Kart Double Dash, other games.
- Volume issues or missing music (not sure), affects some Zelda Ucode games, as of right now I only observed Wario World with this issue. Other games may have this issue as well.
- Magic meter audio is wrong in Zelda Windwaker, I think it uses saw wave or square wave audio.
- Missing/wrong samples, missing music such as BGM music, incorrect music tone or music notes with music in most AX/ADCPM games. Affects all Resident Evil games except Wii version of Remake and Zero (I think), Starfox Adventures: Dinosaur Planet, Tales of Symphonia, other games. In the Gamecube version of Resident Evil 4, cutscene audio goes silent only moments into the cutscene and also the issues with BGM stopping like other games.
If the bugs that are causing the above issues are tackled then all affected games will likely see an improvement.

anyway, another issue:
- sound effects in Donkey Kong Country Returns randomly disappear after some time. Sometimes effects get looped all the time (entering home menu cures this).Music sometimes gets "stuck" and loops a few seconds all the time. Also level loading causes loud noise sometimes (entering Home menu cures this).
Actually strange, that there's issues about the whole sound system of this game (effects and music), while it seems to be the only game with these specific issues.
I'm sure I already mentioned this, but the improved code for Zelda Windwaker causes the game to hang when loading some saves. I'm at Dragon Roost Cavern and when loading the save it hangs on a black screen for a few minutes before anything appears on screen. This is probably because the StopOnSilence hack was removed in the new code so it hangs.

Game save to virtual memory card, hangs because Jack Frost's code removed the PB.StopOnSilence hack. The correct method to eliminate the hack would be a buffer to prevent hangs, and while the new code implements a buffer, there is still something wrong with the code.

- Missing BGM in several EA Sports games - NBA Jam, SSX On Tour confirmed.
- Crash Bandicoot WOC has repeating sounds sometimes.
- Mario Golf has really, really slow music (with probably some missing sounds).
- Punch-Out has slow, robotic voices
- RE Darkside Chronicles has an issue where bullets and other items stop producing their sfx after a short while.
In my testing here's what I noticed as well:
- Pacman World 3 has voices that sound like slow motion, even with the LLE plugin so I don't know if that is the correct audio and my Wii got bricked a year back so I don't have the hardware to test on.
Another game, I forgot the name of had these slow voices like the sample rate was too low for voices.
