Your CPU is pretty weak, don't expect to emulate a whole lot with it.
Dolphin mostly depends on the CPU, although the GPU does help.

ok, yeah i figured that was the case...and i've tested various games (i'm not much on heavy gaming/emulating) and i have managed to emulate games such as sonic adventure 2 battle, super monkey ball 2, New Super Mario Bros. Wii, SD Gundam gashapon wars, and Super Paper Mario for wii at full speed (sometimes a few fps drop but goes back up).
Yeah, some Gamecube games and a few Wii games should be easy enough to emulate.
i've been playing Super Mario Galaxy 2 with 30 to 40 fps in game and of course full speed on menus (full speed on certain galaxies), just wish i could have better fps overall in game, but it is still playable.
I have trouble getting fullspeed even on my current machine, a Core 2 Duo E8600 @ 3.6ghz.
Super Mario galaxy is tough to emulate.
oh wow, i guess it is lol Well thanks for the answer though.
