I'm running a:
Windows 7 Professional x64
Intel Core 2 Duo E7300
ATI HD 4800 GPU
4 GB RAM
I'm also using the 5786 rev from mamario, because of the "plugins don't show in newer revs" issue. The problem is that after a certain amount of going through various menus, and other actions in-game, Dolphin will no longer respond to any keyboard shortcuts. As in, alt-enter will not full screen, and shift-f1 won't save a state. They will work at first though.
Also, though it may be unrelated, if I close out of a game after I'm done, and then start up the game again with Dolphin still running, I'll get a black screen with sound running and controls working. I have to restart Dolphin completely to get it working again.
