You need a special DVD drive that's out of production, you can buy used ones off ebay.

The software that is used (rawdump) is free to download.

Mm... yes..(i am such a jerk) a dvd drive is the thing that you put a disc into so it can connect to your computer.. seriously if you dont know what a dvd drive is than emulation is not for you. (i am 11 too)

I got a cheap used one through ebay. There's a link in that post which does an ebay search for you for the models that work.
