Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

I could never find a good guide for how to use the Wii Menu in dolphin so i thought I would make one.

Requirements:
-A pretty fast computer
-Dolphin's requirement's
-NUS Downloader
-key.bin for NUSD
-The latest revivsion of dolphin (This guide was made with r5804)
-Some time and patience

1. Open NUSD
1a. Go to -Database
-System
-System Menu
and click on the firmware you would like to use
1b. Then click on Pack->WAD then click on Start NUS Download!

2. When your System Menu is done downloading open up dolphin
2a. Then go to Tools and Install Wii Menu
2b. Navigate to the system menu WAD and double-click it
2c. Then close Dolpin and open it again

3. Now go to Tools and click on Load Wii Menu

4. Enjoy!

The methode is differnent.

How can you dump your own NAND flash memory contents to dolphin's directory on PC without a real wii

I will try it at once, cause I don't have Real Wii.....:p

It's illegal to download Wii System Menu if you don't have a Wii, period

I think its just illagal to post the wii system menu up for dowload. Thats why you have to use NUSD because it downloads it from nintendo just like the wii does

Where can I find the key .bin for NUS downloader? I can't find it.

It works! the only problem: no channels that I can see. any way to get channels? I don't even have the default channels, such as Wii Shop, Photos, etc.
