Starfox slowed down like hell ,same is for SSX3,and ROCKY TM
only difference is that ROCKY is showing HUGE FPS while its actually going VEEERRY SLOW while on 5774 its going unstopable fast!

Its like that for every game that had FIFO influence change between those revisions.

SSX3 and Rocky were trowing fifo errors before and were fixed but in latest svn there is a problem

SSX3 ,Rocky unplayable huge slowdowns double down the speed.
Starfox also big slowdown but not critical as 2 above.10 fps difference

*EDIT
tested more games:

Games like SMG1 mario kart Wii didn't suffered any kind of changes, boost or slowdown.
test was done on following terms:
FPS disabled,unchecked,
-direct x9,everything uncheked,except EFB->copy to texture.efb scale auto(fractional)
-DSP only throttle OFF
DC on,idle skipping ON.
-its default direct3d performance setup.
test performed on Win7 64bit 2.6ghz DC 6gb ram ati 3870x2
in Rocky TM xfb or real xfb is not on,all tests are done on same settings.meaning its OFF
i can confirm the starfox adventures slowdown...
with 5774 it was playable at about fullspeed in OpenGL (much less stuttering than direct3d) + opencl on my mashine.
now it is half speed all over.
i think starfox adventures is a game that isn't meant to play at 60fps... its real fps are 30 imho. (i think i remember some fps drops below 20 in some areas on my GC some years ago...)
also N64 emu wads (tested zelda OoT and waverace) are half speed now (they were fullspeed before this fifo-update)

with half speed i mean: exactly half the FPS and/or gamespeed than before. (but without less cpu usage...)
After about 5780 revision or so I saw a massive drop in game speeds compared to older builds :-\ about 5-20 fps less
soren.jorvang breaks other platforms when fixing os x... Sad
