Well I was in a forum of Intel, and they were talking about an unstable version of Opengl 2.1!

opengl is not only software based but hardware based too. i dont think intel card can handle the features of ogl 2.0 that dolphin uses....wait dosent dolphin use ogl 2.1??????

Yes, It does. I you have only OpenGL 2.0 support you will only get a yellow/cyan screen
seriously just get a cheap ati radeon 4770 for 70 bucks

An Intel GPU in most of the cases means that the user is using a laptop, and you can't change the graphic card on those
but there's a chance that it's a pc
