Dude, don't advice people to use stuff of which you obviously don't know ANYTHING.
The Alky Project (aka DX10 on Windows XP) is DEAD and it wasn't even close to run any real DX10 games...
Also, DX10 on Windows XP isn't usefull at all for the dx11 plugin since you'll need the DX11 runtime, obviously...
