Hi Guys, i dont know anything about overclocking and i was wondering if you guys could tell me how to do this. here are my specs:
Vendor: Supermicro
Prossesors: 2 Dual Core Intel Xeons @2.20 GHZ
Ram: 4gb DDRER
OS: 32-bit Fedora linux 13

Pretty much just fire up your BIOS and increase your FSB. I recently went through the process to learn how to overclock, only to learn that my motherboard is bad and has trouble reaching the stock frequency of my CPU.
can't overclock very far on prebuilts, especially on servers. You'll be limited too by cooling and voltage.

Yes i have an intel xeon server mobo with custom cooling, i think it should be fine.
Do supermicro boards allow overclocking? Consumer boards are made for stock settings and some are made to be tweeked by the user but my understanding is that server boards are made for extreme reliability under constant load situations and overclocking is usually ignored. Unless of course you are using that EVGA board.

Another question, jumb said increase your fsb..how much? or what is the fsb equivalent for 0.01 ghz

Do 5MHz increases and stress test after each one. The amount of clock speed it'll increase by is determined by the multiplier of the CPU, so for a CPU with a 10x multiplier it'll result in 50MHz extra. I'll google and tell you how much it'll increase per MHz in an edit.
EDIT: By the looks of things I'm guessing you have a
Xeon LV5133 which has a 11x multiplier so every 1MHz increase you'll get 11MHz added to your clock speed. So you'd get 55MHz everytime you increase the FSB by 5MHz. I'll let NaturalViolence link you or write you a guide for the overclocking process.
