The new Emulator Speed-Up of Dolphin is working very well. i use it and dont faced any problem.
but i dont find any speed level Changes. and not a bad speed so i dont think that is anything new .

The menus are at 100%; they have some slight music problems though.
The actual gameplay is pretty slow. =w=
