well i guess im going to try to reinstall my drivers, but i dont think theres nothing wrong with the card because everything seems to work normal with dolphin and other games, my only problem is with opencl, if that doesnt work then i guess its ok. Thank you.

I have worse performance with opencl builds as well,doesn't matter if opencl is enabled or not. Mamario's x64 standard builds give me best fps. My card is radeon 4850, not a high end card but still better than geforce 9600gt so I don't think that gpu power is the problem.
ok I finally were able to solve my problem!!!
what i was doing wrong is that i was copying and replacing my whole user folder, i downloaded again, extracted, but this time i just copied my saves and it worked!! thank you very much guys!

Thanks for the info. I suppose opencl builds are not that promising after all for the time being.
