you didn't put the wiiuse and SDL into the plugins folder, right? (don't put it there)
also try putting these files into the plugins folder.

Not working either... :-\ Everytime I try a new plugin, the nJoy plugin isn't found by Dolphin and the WiiMote plugin isn't found by Dolphin.

1) wiiuse.dll and sdl.dllin dolphin folder? (you can try putting it in plugins folder too)
2) wiimote, njoy, and njoy sdl test in plugins folder?

wiiuse.dll and SDL.dll were in Dolphin's root folder and the wiimote, njoy, and njoy sdl test were in plugins, yes. I already have those .dll files, but the ones you gave only got rid of the nJoy plugin.

How can l tell if it's updated? Checking what version the app is?

for DirectX it'll just tell you that it has the latest when you run the updater again
, and for the visual c++ it'll just give you an option to uninstall it

The Wii games don't work because there is no WiiMote plugin and it can't initiate the core... I think the core problem might be that "wiikey" thing... But, it shouldn't need a WiiMote plugin if the Wii game (Mario Kart) can use the GameCube controller. <.<
And, I'm sure I have the latest Visual C++ stuff, because I have apps that require that, and they work normally. But, I'm not sure on the DirectX thing... Is that something that comes with Dolphin, or is it a main plugin for Vista?

You have to go to the requirements tread. Download both and install both. And yes that is your problem,
