Hey, well today I found out how to solve the black floor issue.
just go to graphics config. and enable SSAA choose any SSAA option, I use 4x and it works perfectly now the game looks perfect
I hope this may help you and well the sound problem is annoying and I cant find any solution to that problem :S
BTW there is a pic of the config if u still dont get it
