Let me start by saying I'm new to Dolphin and emulation in general, so sorry if this has been covered before or I'm making a noob mistake.

Whenever I go in to paper mode or go down a pipe, I get the graphic glitches as seen in the video.
I also have problems with some enemies, though I don't have a video of it, some enemies don't show up on my screen that should, though their shadows show up.
Using an i7 920 with Hyper Threading disabled, stock 2.66GHz, Windows 7 64bit and a 512MB HD 4870. Video plugin: Dolphin Direct3D9.
Runnin the newest video drivers and newest version of Direct X 9.
