It depend's on the case.
Hardware arrives very expensive in here when it just comes out, that's why I'm saving right now, and asking right now; probably i'll buy something that is expensive now and should be cheaper next year.
Apart from that point, what processor is most recommended for dolphin and pcsx2, amd or intel?

That's entirely based on your budget I'm pretty sure Dolphin doesn't perform differently on CPU's because of their brand. What CPU you should pick is based upon your budget. Personally I'm not familiar with component prices in Chile so I won't comment on what you should get.

and that is 100% true.
if it was not for budget why u think everyone dont just buy 980x i7? money money makes the world go round..
all about budget. just buy the best thing current money situation allows for u. what is good for u, is too expensiv for someone else. what is cheap to 1 guy, is 3 months job savings to other..
i seen this discussion in 99999 threads.. and its no meaning. u already know the i7 perform better of course, BUT can everyone buy this system?? no. so if u must save money (like me) then get amd!

not always full speed in games but i dont complain.. its
good enough.

Well, i'm REALLY outdated about mobos and processors nowadays (i didn't know that the i7 is the current top). That's the reason i'm questioning about this. I'm looking for a computer that won't need upgrading for a few years. (Though I know I do know that it requires little time for a hardware to become obsolete)
