What means ir pointer? It is mean sensor bar?
What means LEFT TOP?
WIDTH HEIGHT?
Size my TV? Or size sensor bar?

Those settings are to adjust the offset and movement range of the simulated IR LEDs, to match the emulated wiimote cursor position with that of your mouse cursor.
Certain games position the cursor on the screen differently, so different games require different settings.
If you are using a real wiimote/sensor bar, those settings are irrelevant.

Direction wiimote does not correspond to the pointer.
