Mario Kart Wii have glitches in the FMVs ater a while; and old ones with Miis' faces and the faint blue square on screen.

But is playable. 20fps sometimes, but very playable! Big Grin
@El Buga:

only 20fps? you should be able to get more than that. i'm getting anywhere from 40 to 60 fps during races (with vsync on) but closer to/or at 60 most of the time on R5725 with a phenom II x3 @3.4ghz and a hd 4200 @700mhz. this is at 720x480. I assume you are using the latest(ish) rev. what res are you using?
800 x 600. Played yesterday with rev 5726. The frame rate decreased and increased all the time, at an average 30fps, but sometimes dropped to 20, sometimes spiked to 51.

I'm at work right now so no screenies Tongue

It was perfect...... using revision 5709 yes the bar is not present. after that revision the bar reappear (i have tried 5721 I think that revision break it)
DX11 plug in is better than DX9 in FF chocobo tales: the ingame menu are shown, the loading icon appear and the menu pieces in gameplay when you rest for a moment are visible , sometimes the polygons go crazy but if a 2d thing (like the arrow on the caracters) appear (go near a character or something else) they came back to normal. The intro signature and the video are only a diagonal line across the video. Yes i say the video because even if a single line the sound play and the pixels in that line change color according to the played video. hope that help devs. Sorry if that is not the right place for that and if so please admin delete that post

If you could tell me the exact revision which broke it (or a range of 5 revisions which did) I could try to look into that. Don't own the game, so that's a bit too unspecific :/

Yesssss. this evening when I came back home (now I'm at work) i'll try. thanks for the prompt reply
And btw, sure that this wasn't caused by an update of the DX runtime?
Apparently MS changed stuff in the June 2010 runtime which broke stuff in dx11 which worked before, most notably SMG2 suffers from the same create texture error as DX9 now...

I'm sure.
I have updated the DX libraries and the nvidia drivers yesterday (17-06-2010) evening and SVN5721 is dated 16. Restoring 5709 the problem is solved (so I'm sure). Every evening i test new releases and track down errors i encounter in the day release (the last one before go home from work.....). If you want to check ff:chocobo dungeon too in my first post I write all the better/worse things i encounter between dx9 and dx11. The diagonal line I see is as all the video is condensate to a single line. Even on the screen where you are asked to press a+b you can see a small portion of the screen (vertical line here of about 50 pixels. seems like that all the graphic is condensate to a 50 pixels width ). I'm not sure you understand me (but hope) and my english is not so good...
ok here we go!!!
Exact SVN that break thinks is 5710. tested now and 5709 work perfect.I hope that help
Hello my friends. It´s just me or the emulators is losing speed again ?
My specs are :
Pentium quad core 9550 at 2.83MHZ clocked at 3.2MHZ
Nvidia Geforce 9600GT with 1GB DDR3 with last Directx sdk june 2010 and lastest drives from 16 june 2010
4GB DDR2 800
Windows Vista 32 bits

The games looked great aind played great until dolphin r5652 but since the direct3d 11 plugin the frame rate lost is about 10 to 20 fps in all games like Naruto,SMG, etc.

I tried Direct3d11 plugin and my graphic (directx10) drops 30 FPS
And with Direct3d9 loses the 10 to 20 fps i talked about.
Is is just me or from the last emulators changes ?!?
Thans for the help/opinions, that you can provide for me, please

FWIW, introducing another plugin doesn't decrease other plugin's performance, of course...
Not sure what could've caused it, but in parallel to DX11 there were quite a few FIFO changes which made emulation a tad more accurate but a bit slower, too.

Thanks for your efforts, I'll talk to the one who committed that revision about the issue.
