then just press "start" button and roll left right with "R" or "L" button and save game as in pic

for sound effects problem u need to play game in Single core mod ONLY.
dual core has some sound problems, missing effects etc.

i'm at the part with the roman centurion and it's too slow again. around 24-32 fps.
EDIT: In the big circular room i'm getting as low as 18 fps.
i don't know what else i can tell u.
maybe u'r graphic card is bit old to run dx11?

i have very old Dual core Athlon on 2.4ghz and it isn't slow.
my card is a 5870. it's not my pc so i dont know wat the problem is.
dolphin is crashing now and won't work. it's acting like it needs to be installed.

i don't know what the heck is wrong now. it just does not work. i can't start dolphin properly.

I figured it out. the config file got messed up somehow.

okay somehow i got the game loading normall and everything working. i still have a speed problem. the game also seemed to just stop responding.

It seems that i get lag in rooms with zombies.

do me a favor please
download latest svn from here
http://www.dolphin-emu.org/download.html?list=1
and then just replace attached dx11 plugin(put it in plugins folder-overwrite existing one)
boot the game with dx11
and tell me how is sound then
ONLY single core will work!

surprisingly game boots and runs on last and any revision with just plugin replaced Confused

[color=#FF0000]for x32bit build[/color]
Code:

tested on both x32 and x64bit.

On SVN R 5952 x64 with the plugin, still the same. Smile I'm going to try different alc888 drivers, see if there's any difference. I'll let ya know.

Edit: Okay, tried the latest 888 drivers from Realtek's site, no luck.

Yeah, I also seem to be having this slow down issue, which is funny because my pc is rated about four points away from a perfect score, an overclocked i7 920 @ 4.2 ghz. The original dx11 plugin' with the patch 5 x64 build you made worked great EXCEPT with audio in cutscenes, I never did get to try any further into the game (aka the pious areas).

I switched out that dx11 plugin with the x64 one you posted and sure enough I had sound once again in cut scenes, only now the game seems to be chugging once more, anytime there are zombies basically i'll lose half my fps.

I think the more recent dx11 plugin's are fantastic, only something must have been broken specifically related to cinematic audio.

Just a hunch... My coding skills are pretty newb still im only in my second year of study in comp sci.
ok Eternal Darkness

I just want to do a bit of experimenting with the code, I can either make it or break it, more likely to break it due to not knowing how to code. I'm going to try making use of all the extra time I have on my hands to learn coding, someday I'd like to help out with development.

Excuse me, but why have you removed the latest patches? I thought I'd finally found a fix to eternal darkness after all these years...

Probably because the game now works with the latest revision, the patch in this thread was buggy and didn't work well with dual core mode.
