Dual core is more stable.cpu still outbursts but it does not break sync with audio anymore.videos seems to be stable as well in DC.
Single core faster by 2-3fps
Dual core faster by 5-6 fps
it is not result of svn changes,i just added hack for DC.
u can check differences via eternal_darkness6.patch
use fps limmit 60,use fps for limiting,turn off audio throttle.
dx11 and rest of configs still applies.
Thank you again for all your work, it's much appreciated.
I haven't had a chance to test your build on other machines yet, but I'm encountering the same issue. Everything is perfect, except the audio during cut scenes. I'll start the game, and the intro will have no audio. I close dolphin, restart it... And sometimes there's audio during the cut scenes. With the new build, I've the same issue, even under DC.

The game runs at average 30+ fps, cutscene audio is not consistent (sometimes there's audio, sometimes there's no audio)
Settings are pretty much default. For DX9, CPU>EFB access is enabled, Use safe texture cache is enabled, EFB Copy to texture, native MIPs is enabled.
PC specification:
CPU: AMD Phenom II x3 720 @3.3Ghz
Mainboard: Biostar TPower N750
Ram: 2Gb Crucial DDR2 800
Graphics: Asus GTX260 Glaciator
Audio: RealTek HD ALC888S with Logitech X-540 5.1
Storage: 320Gb Western Digital Caviar Blue
I have an ALC888 too, wonder if this is the culprit somehow? Same issue.
@imperium
edit config of dolphin point to folder where your memory card are
@jackburton
that looks like sound card related issue to me,realtek is one of very ugly sound cards,please try on any other sound card.have u tried changing drivers?u do not need to use drivers from biostar website,every driver for that card should work.
i have tried on 2 cards,Sound blaster live and C-Media(integrated) both works fine.btw this could also be that MAYBE your ripped iso has damaged audio or iso it self is damaged during ripping?there are numerous reasons for that problem...
did u maybe enabled OPENAL instead of DSOUND?
btw:
CPU>EFB access is enabled, Use safe texture cache is .... <----------------- those should be disabled for this game.
@jackburton
do me a favor please
download latest svn from here
http://www.dolphin-emu.org/download.html?list=1
and then just replace attached dx11 plugin(put it in plugins folder-overwrite existing one)
boot the game with dx11
and tell me how is sound then
ONLY single core will work!
surprisingly game boots and runs on last and any revision with just plugin replaced

[color=#FF0000]for x32bit build[/color]
Code:

tested on both x32 and x64bit.
thanks that made it work.
This might be beating a dead horse but during the first battle scene it's just too slow. this is not due to my pc since it is a top of the line gaming puter. dx11 plugin doesn't work correctly and copying the new one from that link causes dolphin to not even recognize it. a solution to the speed problem would be great. it works on dx9.
EDIT: Nvm it was the wrong dl. I am going to check it now.
EDIT: Yes it's still too slow.
yeah i uploaded both when i saw it 32 and 64 bit uses different version
@Imperium
btw what's your cpu ?
corei7. it's on dual core mode. the first battle scene runs about 20-22 fps though it says max speed. after the murder it seems locked at 30 fps. vsync isn't on and I'm using the dx11 plguin.
that is simply not possible.
go few pages beck and compare with my settings.
u must also disable audio throttle and use fps limmit 60(use fps for limmiting) and rest of config as i posted
[color=#FF0000]check pic i just uploaded[/color]
and setup your game accordingly
also clean all files from
dolphin\User\ShaderCache\
okay it's going much faster now. thanks! you're a genius.there is one remaining issue however. and i just forgot what that issue is lol. how can i save my gameso i don't have to keep starting over while trying to fix this?
EDIT: I remember now. Some sounds cuts out a lot like gunshots start and stop before the sound finishes.
u need memory card,u do have them don't u?
then just press "start" button and roll left right with "R" or "L" button and save game as in pic
for sound effects problem u need to play game in Single core mod ONLY.
dual core has some sound problems,missing effects etc.
