So Uh. Im play Animal crossing City folk.

Anyways, I tried to get On the Nintendo WFc to get a friend code and Visit towns and what not.
But I cannot connect.
Does anyone know if this is a problem?
or if this isnt a feature yet?

WFC is not yet supported by Dolphin.
This was already asked today and many times before. Try to search next time.
