Settings?

It is possible for the d3d11 backend to be faster depending on the settings and games used when comparing it to the d3d9 backend. However in the vast majority of circumstances and with what is considered the most ideal settings the d3d9 plugin is faster.
Why DX11 does not support loading custom textures?Huh
in OpenGL and DX9 everything works correctly, but in DX11 always fails to load them

No idea why it isn't working for him tho. "always fails to load them" isn't particular precise anyway.
