It's one of those things I'd like to do though once I feel like working on Dolphin again though. Do you have some links to hires texture packs for me available somewhere? I saw the Zelda one, but I don't own that game...

That the gfx plugins are being fused together...does that mean the DX plugins...or is that with open gl (doubt it)
All three of them are getting merged.
will the dx11 plugin get updated soon? Because wind waker has some nasty glitches in it

Check r6255 as well, can't promise anything but some stuff _might_ (I have no clue though) have been fixed there.
