Sorry after doing some research/digging. It seems this issue has to do with how dolphin handles compressed images so this really one for the real programmers. I do however hope someone will get something going about compressed images to make them start to work right.

Such a shame. Here I was hoping that this was some oversight, or an easy fix.

Bumped again for hope. On the latest rev the game works perfectly at full speed, even the characters no longer have wings or anything like that. Although, the text issue stays.

but this game are more than something to me
