He can't use 3.0 because of a famous text issue. Fortunately this has been solved in a more recent build
I'm sort of new to Dolphin but I want to play this game in all it's glory. Which build of Dolphin plays this game the best currently? I have a very capable computer so what build and what settings are best? I know to use the LLE for sound but what other settings should I use? Is there a guide for this game specifically for high end computers? It sucks that all these games require different settings for each one.
Anyway here are my system specs:
i7-3930K (SixCore 4.2Ghz)
Two 2GB Radeon 6950s in X-Fire
16GB 2133Mhz RAM
I would list the rest but that's all you really need to know I think.
The Radeon HD 6950 is able to handle 4x IR (more than 1080p), 16xAF and some AA. (Crossfire isn't supported by Dolphin). Just use the normal settings and the latest git version (3.0-766) of Dolphin, your Computer is a real beast!

But as far as the other settings like frame limit, idle skipping, audio back end, and force texture filtering?
Don't touch the settings unless you have problems
So right now, is there a way to fix the night time lag issue?
Can you describe the issue? What's the problem?

Basically once it turns night time around 7pm, when the streetlights turn on, the frame rate drops drastically making it almost unplayable.
