ZWW memory card corruption

Hi, I need help in resolving a issue with memory card. I did try to look for existing post but the solution offered are either indirectly related or confusing.

Symptom:
I have an save state in the game Zelda Wind Waker (ZWW) from r4525. I load save state in r4525, then save the game into memcard A in r4525. I copy the Memcard A into the r4770 GC folder. When I opened ZWW with r4770 and attempt to load the save from memcard A it says that the memory card is corrupted.

This, however, is not a memcard compatibility issue:
Load save state in r4525 > Save game to Memcard A > reset emulation > load game using Memcard A in r4525 > Memory Card is corrupted and needs to be formatted.
Deleted Memcard A and tried the sequence above but still no luck.

conclusion:
It seems that if I load the game using a save state and then attempt to save the game into the memory card, the memory card always gets corrupted.

Can anyone resolve this so I can continue my game in newer SVN's?

my system config:
i5-750
ATI HD5770 Xfire
4GB RAM Ripjaws Series
MSi P55M-GD45
Windows 7 64
Using dolphin x64 r4525 and r4770 (mostly in default configuration)

Probably a bug, you can report it as an issue on Dolphin's Google Code if needed (or search for existing issue)
