We are very off-topic all of a sudden
Theres a boatload of internet slangs i'm not aware of i guess, this is one of the few forums i'm active on

I entered the computer world in 1984 ( age 8 ) by the time "kids" were using this silly LOL, WTF, ROFL, etc.. I no longer had a use for much of it. So its of no surprise I missed that one. Though over time I have picked some of it up.

unchecking "DSP on threads" Didnt do it, slowed it down though.

I don't lose sound or music in this game, are you sure your dsp dump isn't incomplete or corrupted? I would also check to see if LLE is being used in the main dsp configuration and check if HLE audio isn't checked in the game properties and the audio backend in the game ini is LLE.

ah, ok this must have changed as I didnt need that in 2010 when I was playing it then. I guess the engine for sound changed a bit? So to improve LLE speeds, I'd need a faster cpu? Dolphin still only used two cores no more, right?

I do know I had a 180 opteron, not much compared to what I have now. My cpu supposedly has 4 cores but its rate at 2. My MB will allow unlocking them but system becomes unstable. I may just cram the fastest cpu I can get in a Socket AM3 with 4 cores ( thinking Phenom II X4 980 ) .
