I'm having a common issue with Zelda Twilight Princess, its so damn slow T_T. However, every other game I run on dolphin has little to no slowness. Games such as Tales of Symphonia Dawn of the New World, The Last Story, and Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn can run almost perfectly however Zelda Twilight Princess can't? Do you guys think the issue is that my pc is too slow or that it may be my settings? I'm running the gamecube version of Zelda.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you ^_^.

Quote:When creating new threads about dolphin, always provide a) your PC specs (CPU, RAM, GPU, Operating System, ..) b) information about the Dolphin build used (version/revision, source, ..) c) Dolphin settings d) detailed description of what you're trying to do (e.g including the name of the game you tried to run). Ignoring this rule will get your thread closed and have you warned off.

How can we help you? We know nothing about your Dolphin settings or your hardware? Make this thread proper and post them. For your specs, make sure they're exact model numbers and numbers, like my sig. Most likely your PC is too slow, though it hard to say for sure without knowing what your PC has inside.

These are your specs. We now need your Dolphin settings : Config (only General), Graphics and DSP settings. As screenshots if possible

Your CPU is almost as strong as a Core i3 (Pentium G is based on Sandy Bridge architecture).

You could try to use the official Dolphin 3.0 release and this settings ( http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/showthread.php?tid=23618 ) for some extra FPS.

I tried those settings and they actually lowered my fps from aroung 19 to 8 Confused.

Ah I'm sorry I think the reason why I thought the game was slow is because I was loading the game in the part of faron woods where the purple fog is, plus it was covered in twilight so it caused a huge slow down. Everywhere else my fps fluctuates between 18 and 30, which is not too great but still much better.
