GCF, if you're in the market for a inexpensive 64-bit capable android phone, checkout the ZTE Obsidian for MetroPCS. You can get one for around 40 bucks on ebay. I have one myself and can verify that it is indeed running the 64-bit version of Lollipop 5.1 and can run the latest development build with surprising results.

Hey, don't be as pessemistic. Check out which SOC you really have, if it's a 410, then you may be able to start dolphin. There are 64bit drivers for this SOC, so maybe you're lucky. But don't expect to be an easy step to get a custom firmware on your mobile... If you want to try it, don't try to hack your firmware, start from scratch. Maybe cyanogenmod?
