Sorry for the newb post.

I'm thinking of getting the Zotac NEN steam machine, which, among other things has an Intel i5-6400T. Is this good enough to run most Wii games on Dolphin?

It's decent but the clock speed might not enough for some or a lot of games. Your next concern would be the overheating issue for such a small form factor with limited space for heat dissipating and that will throttle your CPU speed. At that price range, I'd rather build a custom gaming PC.
