Eh, you might want to forget about some Star Wars games (Rouge Leader) since they're not working as well as other games. This is a Dolphin compatibility issue, not an issue with your build. They can certainly be played in Dolphin, just not optimally or enjoyably.
The only really demanding game that would be in your list would be LoZ:TP. Hyrule Field gets progressively more and more demanding as you complete the game, but the slowdowns shouldn't be a great issue if you use the latest development builds. Everything else should run fine.
