If you have downloaded the DSP LLE files then that's piracy and against the rules.

Dump them from your own Wii and make sure they aren't overdumped.
It's quite easy dumping these two necessary files on your own and you learn so much in the process.

Properly dumped dsp_coef.bin and dsp_rom.bin files is placed in your <Dolphin>\Sys\GC\ folder

And yes Dolphin 3.0 is excellent for this game as LordVador said!

I think the OP downloaded the DSPSpy files thinking they were the LLE files themselves. I've seen that mistake often enough, at least.

I believe there's a way to dump your DSP files from a GC, not sure if it's as easy as using a Wii.

Yeah let's hope you're right about that.

As for the GC part I think it's a little bit trickier, frankly not sure how to do it. Thank god for the Wii though.

Yes, in order to use Homebrew on the GameCube, you need special hardware.

The only thing I know of is the Phantasy Star Online exploit in order to dump GC games on the GC.
