I've got the game running with the bloom/dof/heat effects under the D3D9 plugin with no slowdowns. Not even in hyrule field.
Whereas with the openGL plugin I get slowdowns everywhere. I'm running build 4651.
Unfortunately the minimap doesn't seem to work, but it doesn't really bother me because I never made use of the minimap or the dungeon map in zelda games. The dungeons were pretty straightforward to me.
Also curiously, the ZTP bloom hack works for wind waker but it doesn't seem to do anything for twilight princess, lol.
