Well...You could try newer versions or the latest that worked. Mm....the sound was good on 4500 and 4499.
OS: Microsoft Windows XP Professional x86
Processor type: Intel Atom, 1600 MHz (4 x 400)
Memory System: 1011 MB (DDR2 SDRAM)
Graphics Card: Mobile Intel® 945 Express Chipset Family (224 MB)

Look for dolphin with afc loop hack because in newer revisions it is disabled. Of course it is disabled for a reason, music works for some time but it won't work too long.

well i have something like this:
DPS-HLE
all options on except 3 one
Dsound
and it works for Z:TP Wii version at least
yes there is no sound some times that's because of zelda DPS system it's normal
at this stage

Check out this patch, however it still causes that weird echoing of instrumental and environmental sounds in Windwaker but the music and sound won't stop after a while as far as I know:

How can I enable this patch? I looked in the emu and didn't found it.
Ok i found patch option in game propeteries, but I still don't know how to add it :S

The patch I just posted needs to be applied to the dolphin source and compiled. For any other pre-compiled builds with the other patch, the option can be enabled in the DSP HLE configuration, not the game configuration.
