Zelda twilight princess and dolphin

I wonder why with my config, the game zelda twilight princess is in 22fps in some scene

this is my config :

windows xp 32bits
Hd 4850 512mb
Core 2 duo e7300 to 3.2ghz
4giga ram

what are the best config for the emulator?
