4.4GHz is a great OC result that anyone should be happy with and if I wanted to stay with my past OC's that I have done I would have stayed with the Sandy Bridge i7 2600K instead of my new Ivy Bridge i7 3770K since Sandy is way way more suited for OC'ing.
That's all I have to say.
