I successfully get 100% speed on Hyrule Field
I am using the follow specs

Archlinux OS + Kernel ck https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Linux-ck
GPU Gtx580LE
Nvidia Driver 310.19
Dolphin 3.0 - 813
Cpu phenom x4 955 3.8ghz
16GB ram


And the follow screenshot:

Proves that I am using 1080P internal resolution
AA 16xQ CSAA
AF 16X
AMD FX™-6300 Six-Core Processor OC 4.5 GHZ
Gtx580LE 3GB RAM
System RAM 18GB
Dolphin 4.0-1843
OS Archlinux x86_64

Progress further in the game and you'll get the slowdown. Specifically, enter in Hyrule Field again when you're able to enter in Hyrule Castle and you'll suffer a huge slowdown...

You may not get 100% in Hyrule Field later on, but look at the bright side: you're running Linux Wink

Just keep up playing and you'll see, that you can't get 100% game speed. An AMD Phenom II X4 is not strong enough for Hyrue field.

What about the hack in game properties, dosnt it fix the issue ???

Does it fix the issue? Maybe. Does it guarantee hyrule field to run fullspeed on outdated hardware later in the game? No.
