I'll just add two things here (first post here, so hi). I don't yet have a new PC that can play Dolphin properly myself, but I know two things that will say something about why you can't get it to work properly-
1- Not only is your CPU a slower Pentium dual core (Core2's are recommended at least), but it has quite a low clock speed @2ghz. Pretty sure you need somewhere nearer to 3ghz, or at least 2.5ghz, to run the emulator decently. Closer you are to 3ghz or higher, the better. And as I said, the Pentium brand of dual cores are inherently slower that the core2 brand.
2- Your GPU is an integrated graphics card, Intel GMA 4500M. It has no CPU or memory of its own, so it is actually leaching off of your Pentium CPU AND your memory. So not only is the GPU itself slow, but it is also bogging your CPU and memory down. Dedicated GPU's are pretty much needed to run Dolphin.
Plus, from what I hear, even the Gamecube TP is hard to run properly. It's quite processor/GPU intensive I have heard. You'll need a very fast computer to run even that game, let alone the wii game.
