True, but if you really want one you can always find one after release.
There's gonna be plenty left just take Duke Nukem Forever as an example.

I have seen several Duke Nukem Forever Balls of Steel editions in the local home electronics store in the PC game department now several months after it's release.
And I know plenty of places selling it also.

They tend to create a hype with special edition things like these but it's only a commercial trick.

Gamestop still has the bundle in stock, an so does target and a couple of other places.
