So, I've got this problem to fix: when I play this game it runs slowly when I talk to people or run trough villages.

Are there particular settings I must use or my computer isn't good to to run it properly?
Here are my Computer Propreties:
MS Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Intel Core2 Duo CPU T6600 @ 2,20 GHz, 4,0GB RAM, ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570

Can I upgrade the hardware by buying new components or not?

Is the same for Twilight princess? Because I tried the GC Version of that game and it ran slowly, so I imagine wii version is the same...

Both versions of Zelda TP are quite similar. You should be luckier with Zelda WW

No way Wind waker will run decently on a 2.2 GHz dual core. It will stay at 30% - 40% speed most of the time.
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64bit Creators Update
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 960 @ 3.6 GHz
Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 2GB GDDR5
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-870A-USB3 AM3+ Revision
RAM: HyperX 8GB Dual Channel @ 1600Mhz

U mad? My old dual 2 core with 2.2 Ghz played WW @ 100% speed.

OT: As for Skyward Sword, don't even dream about it on that PC. While that CPU might run WW, it will never handle SS at any playable speed.

P.S. I Myself have and Intel core i5 2.4GHz SB and SS runs at 100% almost all the time.

I think it would be more accurate to say that, that 2.2GHz dual-core will not run the game decently. Others can. Just for clarity since this is a Skyward Sword thread, we're talking about Wind Waker here, not Skyward Sword.
